Baby update:

Lately I have been rambling about all sorts of things but forgetting to add the bits about Joey so I thought I would dedicate a whole post to him! :-) He has been quite amusing lately, he makes all sorts of random noises and lately I have noticed him making the same noise I always make when my husband is talking about something boring and I am not really listening but am pretending that I am listening! He does it alot so I don`t think it is just a coincidence and it makes me wonder exactly how often I make the noise for him to have picked up on it! LOL! (My husband isn`t really that boring.. honest..) Joey also squeals alot and I think he is trying to sing. The other day he was squeaking while holding onto his hairbrush so I figured he must be practising for karaoke:

Last wednesday we went to Baby massage class and then went to have lunch with my friend Miyuki and her son Hidehiro. Hide (pronounce hee-day) is a couple of months younger than Joey but Miyuki and I met at prenatal classes. She was the only person in the class to try and make conversation and we have been firm friends ever since! The two boys were playing together which was very cute!!

In other news I think that Joey is getting more teeth as he has been waking up alot at night. I am exhausted as a result and am not looking forward to more teeth (as the ones he already has wreak havoc with my nipples when I nurse him) He has also started saying "ma ma ma ma" when he wants something or he is hungry. Sounds like he knows which side his bread is buttered on!!! He pulls up on everything but it seems his favourite place to pull up is my legs at the moment! He can stand on his own for a few seconds and he walks around the furniture like a champ. I reckon he will be walking when he is 10 months or so but I guess we shall see!!

OK I am going to shut up now because I don`t think I am being particularly coherent. Fingers crossed Mr T will have a nap soon because even if he doesn`t need one, I certainly do!! LOL! The above picture is Joey in the hallway this morning, I think he is practising for his future gig as a Diet Coke model...
